The key input material used in the production process is high quality yarn made of natural materials, which can be of different thickness and composition. We use yarn of wool, silk, Alpaca hair, Cashmere hair, hemp, viscosis, cotton and the others. The intancated parts of all these communications, by washing in water or adding certain additives, get their final required touch.

Organisation

The company's production is divided into:

  • knitting department,
  • sewing department,
  • laundry and
  • ironing room

The knitting mill is a capital-intensive activity and operates 17 new-generation computer-controlled - CNC knitting machines. Before knitting begins, our specialist programmers prepare a programme for each knit on the appropriate knitting machine.
We use Stoll knitting machines, finenesses 4, 5, 7, 8, 12, 14, 16 and 18. After knitting is completed, the first internal quality control is carried out and the semi-finished products proceed to the laundry and ironing room for processing, and then to the sewing room.

The sewing department currently has 60 different sewing machines that allow for the confection of all forms of semi-finished design. The confectioning process is tailored to each product individually. A typical advantage in the quality of the fabrication is certainly in the chaining process, where we assemble sleeves, collars and pockets into the finished product. We have 15 fine-dipping machines gauges 5, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, and 20.

The knitting stage is followed by a bright-light inspection.
The final ironing gives the product the correct look and feel of the knitted fabric, taking into account the required measurements.

After the make-up, the product is re-examined, fitted with the necessary markings and packaged. Packaging is the final stage of the manufacturing process, which involves adding barcode labels, brand tags, instructions for use, insertion into bags and cardboard ready for dispatch.
